Getting started
How quickly can you start my project?
We typically start within 3–5 business days after the initial consultation and agreement.
What is your typical project timeline?
Basic websites 3–5 days, Professional 1–2 weeks, Business and e-commerce 2–4 weeks.
Billing & payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash in hand for local clients in Colombo and online bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards at this time. A 50% deposit starts the work and the balance is due before final delivery.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one.
How much does a website cost in Sri Lanka with INFLUXYN?
Plans start at Rs. 15,000 (about $45) for a Basic site, Rs. 25,000 for Professional, Rs. 40,000 for Business with e-commerce and Rs. 80,000 for Enterprise. The price shown is the price for the full build with no hidden setup fees.

What is included in support?
Bug fixes, minor updates, technical assistance and guidance on using your website's features.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Monthly maintenance covers updates, backups, security monitoring and support.
Account & plans
Can I upgrade my plan later?
